The artist Joscelin Cockburn is available for face painting at children's parties, celebrations, social events, Halloween parties and corporate functions in Central Scotland. All areas including Edinburgh, West Lothian (Linlithgow, Livingston etc), Falkirk and from East Lothian (e.g. Haddington) to Stirling and Glasgow. Joscelin can also bring her own handmade Jewellery.
